Sketch artist Danny Roberts shows us a lighter side of fashion... and draws up an industry that's full of character(s).
Roberts, 24, hails from California and has been drawing since he was a young child. On his blog Igor + André, Roberts recalls a time when he "would draw some days for 15 hours straight," until his hands were swollen shut, yet, it's out of this grueling work ethic, that today's fashion world has fallen in love with his art.

At the age of 13, Roberts started a clothing company and ran it -with a friend- until his college days, where he later studied Fashion Design at the Academy of Art in San Francisco. Fast-forward to present day, and Roberts has collaborated with fashion industry giants such as Gwen Stefani, Forever 21, and Lancôme... just to name a few.

Outside of fashion, Roberts has other artistic projects lined up, one of which includes bringing an illustrated 'bedtime story' to life.

Roberts says that he loves to work with other artists, and looks forward to more collaborative ventures in the future. Below is a video of Roberts sketching the front row of Dolce & Gabbana's Spring/Summer 2010 fashion show:
